Refund Policy

MESH purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. MESH is a spend-only utility credit with no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to money.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us before initiating a card dispute and we will investigate. Initiating a chargeback may result in the associated MESH being reversed and the account frozen pending resolution.
